Even though Eevee can evolve into eight different forms in Pokemon Go, not all of them are equally strong. This means that some of them are better for PVP than others.
Even though Pokemon GO has been out for years, there are still a lot of people who play it regularly. Niantic and The Pokemon Company have made it a success by adding new Pokemon and events that keep people excited. Because of this, it may be hard to remember which Pokemon are the best to get for PVP fights.
There are a lot of stats to consider when comparing monsters for PvP fights, which can make it hard to find the best one. Checking a Pokemon’s Combat Points is one of the fastest ways to see if it is strong. But it’s also important to look at a Pokemon’s attacks before adding it to a fight party. This is clear from how much damage the attack does and how long it takes to cool down. Taking all of this into account, some Eeveelutions that don’t have the most CP might be better for PvP fights in Pokemon GO.
Jolteon
This first Eeveelution is the weakest of all the ones that came before it.Jolteon is the Electric-type Eeveelution, so it can beat Water-type and Flying-type Pokemon. It has a maximum CP of 3,265 and a wide range of moves. Still, Jolteon has choices for its Main Move that are very strong. Thunder does a very serious 100 damage, Thunderbolt does 80 damage, and Discharge, which is a defense move, does 65 damage.
Flareon
Vaporeon
Vaporeon is the Eeveelution of the Water type. Since the monster is a Water type, it is especially weak against Grass and Electric types in Pokemon GO. Its highest possible CP is 3521, which is just a little bit more than Flareon. Water Gun, which is its quick move, and Hydro Pump are its best PvP moves. These are also the best moves to use in Gym fights.
Even though Vaporeon’s top level is not the strongest, it is still one of the most reliable Eeveelutions. Because it has a lot of energy, it is often used as a Tank. Even though this Pokemon isn’t the strongest of the Eeveelutions, some players might opt to evolve Eevee into Vaporeon because it has balanced stats.
Espeon
Espeon is one of the most interesting Eeveelutions. To get it, you have to walk 10 kilometers with Eevee as your companion and evolve it during the day. Since Espeon is a Psychic-type Pokemon, it is weaker against Bug, Dark, and Ghost-type Pokemon. Its highest CP is 3583, which puts it just a little bit above Vaporeon.
But the Psychic move that Espeon can use has a lot of Damage Power, which could give it an advantage in battle. Many players choose to evolve their Eevee into Umbreon instead of Espeon because Espeon doesn’t have as good stats as other Psychic-type Pokemon and isn’t the best choice for PvP fights because of this.
Umbreon
Umbreon is the Dark-type version of Espeon. It can be gotten in the same way as Espeon, but Eevee needs to evolve during the night. The only other thing it has in common with Espeon is that it is a Fairy-type Pokemon. However, its numbers are a bit different from those of Espeon.
Umbreon’s maximum CP is only 2416, but its maximum HP is much higher. Foul Play is Umbreon’s best main move. It does 70 damage and costs 50 energy. Its high HP and competitive set of moves make it a better choice for PvP fights.
Leafeon
Leafeon, a grass-type Pokemon, has made it to the top three. This Pokemon GO Eeveelution is weak against Flying, Fire, Poison, Bug, and Ice-types because of its type. This makes it hard for players to use in PvP fights.
You can get Leafeon by letting Eevee evolve near a Moss Lure. Even though the monster may not have the best numbers, it makes up for it. The monster, like Umbreon, is a very tough opponent in PVP fights. Its Solar Beam attack does 180 damage for 100 energy.
Glaceon
Glaceon used to be the best Eeveelution for PvP because it has a maximum CP of 3535, which makes it a tough opponent in battle. You can get this Ice-type monster by letting Eevee evolve near an Ice Lure.
Avalanche is Glaceon’s best move. It does 90 damage, which makes it one of the strongest moves of all the Eeveelutions. Ice Beam, its second-best move, does the same 90 damage. Sylveon is thought to be one of the best choices for PVP fights, but some people might still prefer Glaceon because it is easier to get.
Sylveon
Since it first came out, the Fairy-type Pokemon has been one of the best workers in the Eeveelution family. Sylveon is the hardest Eeveelution to get because you need 70 Pokemon GO buddy hearts to be able to choose to turn Eevee into Sylveon.
But for some Eggy Car players, the wait might be worth it because it has a max CP of 3470 and a tough moveset. Even though Glaceon has a bit more CP, Sylveon has better stats for its moveset. Moonblast does 130 damage and is Sylveon’s strongest move. Dazzling Gleam does 100 damage and is his next best move.
