Skip Engelbrecht and chef Nhan Le, the group behind 8Arm in Poncey-Highland, have turned their emphasis to informal eateries. They not long ago introduced Fishmonger seafood industry and raw bar in Virginia-Highland and will open up Smaller Fry—an elevated, fried comfort food takeout—in Atlanta Dairies in late slide.
