NRCS Oregon announces Portland’s People’s Garden, Our Village Gardens

Portland, Ore., June 9, 2022 – These days, the U.S. Division of Agriculture’s Purely natural Resources Conservation Support (NRCS) in Oregon declared Portland’s People’s Backyard area at Our Village Gardens’ Seeds of Harmony community backyard.

Our Village Gardens, positioned in North Portland, builds food resilience and neighborhood management along with residents, communities of color and refugee and immigrant people impacted by economic and food stuff inequity. About the People’s Gardens
